Fresh Off the Easel!

I began the journey of developing a new Keeneland oil painting series a couple weeks ago. This is my most recent “To the Starting Gate” painted on a 9x12” canvas board. The Keeneland spring meet is my very favorite to attend and the majority of my references come from that time of year! This series will be focused on high contrast, vivid colors, and thick impressionistic brushstrokes. All originals in this series are currently available; click the button below for more information!
